Products are eligible for replacement only if received in a damaged condition.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Replacement requests will not be accepted for damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling.

Orders placed between 13th - 15th Jan will be shipped on 16th Jan
